Driving Tuition Terms and Conditions
- The lesson fee is payable by cash or cheque
- You must be in possession of a valid, signed driving licence and have it with you for your theory and practical test appointments. You should also ensure that you can read a car number plate at a minimum distance of 20.5 metres (67 feet) and never be under the influence of drink or drugs.
- Cancellation of driving lessons. Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a pre-arranged driving lesson. A cancellation fee of half the hourly rate will apply for lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Exceptional circumstances are taken into consideration.
- Carl will advise clients of their readiness to take the practical test, taking into account local waiting times. Carl has the right to withhold the tuition vehicle if a client books their test and he considered them not sufficiently prepared.
